Everyone talks about leadership, purpose, authenticity, empathy \u2013 yet you find yourself stuck in an never-ending to-do list? There’s no room for deep thoughts or genuine empathy because your mind is merely clinging to the surface of buzzwords? <\/strong><\/p>\n

What a shame that every other flag bears one of these buzzwords, causing their meanings to fade increasingly. So much power lies within them, none of them would be constantly diluted and tossed around.<\/p>\n

How well you perceive yourself determines whether doors open or close<\/h2>\n

We should all know that improved self-awareness can unlock the entire scope of development. Waiting for the right moment will only keep you spinning in circles until dizziness pulls the ground from under your wobbling feet. It’s better to make time for the necessary self-reflection sooner rather than later, open the doors to personal and others’ development, motivation, and joy again. This not only makes sense but also enhances leadership competence<\/a><\/span>.<\/strong> Everything else is just buzzword bingo.<\/p>\n

Self-reflection and self-organization<\/h2>\n

Those who manage to clear their blockages and have a clear view of their development fields feel the wind at their backs again. What’s inconceivable before suddenly becomes a reality with ease. How? By not relying solely on internal dialogues but\u00a0engaging in honest self-reflection with the right sparring partner.<\/strong> An external perspective can ignite a fireworks display of possibilities. I say this not only as a systemic business coach but also as someone who not only relies on their own expertise but also seeks coaching. Everyone should afford themselves this opportunity for development. No one should rest on their expertise and think there’s nothing more to learn. That would be the easiest path, but it always leads to a dead end. If you consciously choose to continue growing, you shouldn’t mind others overtaking you on all sides. Development happens with or without you. The choice is yours.<\/p>\n
