The old year has shaken us up quite a bit, and the challenges will accompany us for a while. Hope for improvement is taking root, and just in time for the New Year, motivating wisdom and resolutions are in high season again. However, the effect of such impulses is usually short-lived. Once their fairy dust has settled, and everyone is back to their daily routines, old patterns often resurface with joyous enthusiasm. The good news for everyone is that if you want, you can change it.<\/p>\n

For those who don’t want to wait for external motivation but understand how to ignite their inner drive at the right time, it becomes easier in the long run. Anyone can learn to break free from old blockages and make their inner saboteurs their friends. Yes, it’s possible! It just requires commitment and honest reflection \u2013 I’ve tried i<\/strong>t \ud83d\ude09
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ready for a fresh start?<\/h2>\n

I\u00a0am. A few years ago, I toyed with the idea of offering online courses. Although the concept was ready, I abandoned the idea shortly before implementation. On the one hand, because life is change, and I believe that some videos, instructions, and tips become outdated from the moment they go online. And on the other hand, because on-demand online courses offer the convenience of accessing all content at any time, but they lack the individual coaching for honest reflection and important external insights. Plus, I simply find more joy \u2013 and I provide more value \u2013 when I work with people personally on individual topics.<\/p>\n

2020 turned all our lives upside down, and in 2021, it’s finally happening! My first open live sessions at a low cost will start on January 14th and 15th, 2021. Live from the web studio, this time we’ll be discussing<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n
