Well, who would have thought? Ten years ago. Certainly not me. Today, I look back and think: I\u2019m glad I took the leap. The leap into self-employment. What a rollercoaster ride it has been. And still is. Challenging, yet always insightful. Some loops and free falls were unexpected, and every turn had its lesson<\/span>. <\/strong><\/p>\n

What do I stand for? <\/span>For constructive discourse, creative foresight, and the deep development of potential. Blind optimism, sugarcoating, or superficial self-promotion? That\u2019s not my style. The times are too serious for that. Let\u2019s name things as they are. Let\u2019s be honest: It remains fast-paced. And demanding. So let\u2019s keep going, take action, and shape the future together<\/span>.<\/p>\n


\nBetween Turning Points<\/strong><\/h3>\n
What\u2019s next?\u00a0For me, still with energy and enthusiasm. But energy is not an infinite resource, and enthusiasm doesn\u2019t follow a straight line.\u00a0My key learnings:\u00a0Both are reshaped in every interaction. Both influence resilience and the ability to take action.With every turn, the individual rhythm sharpens<\/span>.<\/div>\n

One thing is certain: Without the valuable exchange with others, this adventure wouldn\u2019t be the same. I thank everyone who has worked with me, supported me, accompanied me, and especially challenged me. You know who you are. A heartfelt thank you for that<\/span><\/strong>!<\/strong><\/p>\n

And: Behind every turn, a new perspective awaits \u2013 sometimes even on yourself. It takes courage to take the wheel.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n


\nSpaces for Genuine Collaboration<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Standing still is not an option. But speed alone is not enough. What drives me:\u00a0Creating collaborative spaces where people can grow together.\u00a0Fostering collaboration that creates and expands room for possibilities.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not about merely describing change but actively shaping it.\u00a0In the spirit of my curiosity: using communication as a bridge to make development tangible \u2013 for individuals, teams, and organizations<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Communication is not a static concept but a living process. Reflect, experiment, evolve \u2013 that\u2019s what it\u2019s all about.<\/p>\n

Together with my collaboration partner, Susanne L\u00e4mmer, I co-created the <\/span>Reallabor f\u00fcr Zukunft der Kommunikation<\/a><\/span><\/strong> \u2013 a space for experiments, reflection, and strategic development. Our approach<\/span>: rethinking communication, shaping it transformatively, and positioning it for the future<\/span><\/b>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
