Well, who would have thought? Ten years ago. Certainly not me. Today, I look back and think: I’m glad I took the leap. The leap into self-employment. What a rollercoaster ride it has been. And still is. Challenging, yet always insightful. Some loops and free falls were unexpected, and every turn had its lesson.
What do I stand for? For constructive discourse, creative foresight, and the deep development of potential. Blind optimism, sugarcoating, or superficial self-promotion? That’s not my style. The times are too serious for that. Let’s name things as they are. Let’s be honest: It remains fast-paced. And demanding. So let’s keep going, take action, and shape the future together.
Between Turning Points
One thing is certain: Without the valuable exchange with others, this adventure wouldn’t be the same. I thank everyone who has worked with me, supported me, accompanied me, and especially challenged me. You know who you are. A heartfelt thank you for that!
Spaces for Genuine Collaboration
Standing still is not an option. But speed alone is not enough. What drives me: Creating collaborative spaces where people can grow together. Fostering collaboration that creates and expands room for possibilities.
It’s not about merely describing change but actively shaping it. In the spirit of my curiosity: using communication as a bridge to make development tangible – for individuals, teams, and organizations.

Together with my collaboration partner, Susanne Lämmer, I co-created the Reallabor für Zukunft der Kommunikation – a space for experiments, reflection, and strategic development. Our approach: rethinking communication, shaping it transformatively, and positioning it for the future.
