Impulse Workshop: Effective Leadership is No Accident

Challenges for leaders in the digital age

‘How do I lead effectively, and what influence does digitization and globalization have on rigid leadership structures?’ More and more people are taking on leadership responsibilities and facing the major challenge of gaining acceptance and authority, even without disciplinary power. Furthermore, the requirements for leaders are constantly evolving. Specifically, a study* quantifies managing change as the greatest challenge for leaders in the future, at 72 percent. This requires finesse. Emotional intelligence and social competence – these ‘soft skills’ are yardsticks in modern management and determine the success or failure of a leader.

Change begins in the mind

In this one-day impulse workshop, you will gain insights into how to build bridges between people, seize opportunities, discover resources, and pave the way. Meet leaders and managers who face the same challenges and take advantage of the opportunity for mutual exchange in the inspiring atmosphere of Tabakfabrik Linz.
