Online Coaching | Agreement:

Procedure: 

We will meet promptly at the agreed-upon time on the Zoom platform. The use of Zoom is completely free for you. You do not need a Zoom account; you can simply join by clicking on the link provided by me or entering the sent meeting ID and passcode directly in Zoom.

If you require further information about Zoom or prefer the Teams platform, please write to me in advance (at least 48 hours before the appointment) at: claudia@gilcom.vision and I will provide you with the requested information or a new link.

Conditions: 

You are in a quiet, undisturbed room and close all sources of disturbance (email program, browser, phone, etc.). During the conversation, no one else should be in the room except for you. No recordings will be made (screenshots, video or audio recordings) If recordings are made with your agreement, they must not be shared with third parties.

All information and conversation content will be treated confidentially.

Appointment cancellation or rescheduling: 

You can reschedule appointments through the booking calendar up to 48 hours before the agreed-upon time.
For short-notice cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. For cancellations less than 1 hour before the scheduled start time or for no-shows within the first 15 minutes, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

Partial refunds for packages are not available.
